Shipping and Fulfillment Times:

• Expedited Pre-Order: 2-3 weeks for production and fulfillment.
• Pre-Made Items: 1-2 weeks for processing and fulfillment.

Important Notes:

• No Refunds: Please review the product description before purchasing, as we don’t offer refunds.
• Address Issues: We’re not responsible for packages returned due to insufficient addresses. If this happens, you’ll need to cover the cost to reship the package.
• Insurance: All packages are insured by USPS with Priority Mail. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly.
• International Orders: Customs fees for international shipping are the receiver’s responsibility.

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages during shipment. Please contact the shipping carrier for any issues.
